MD Express Tag & Title honors Veterans Day, men and women that served in the armed forces, and has been celebrated since the end of World War I, on November 11, when the agreement for peace took affect at the 11th hour, on the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918.
The Motor Vehicle Administration will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, and MD Express Tag and Title offices will open 10:00AM – 4:00PM and provide $10.00 off for all Veterans on all transactions with proper Identification. These include Duplicate Titles, Temp and Title Registration, Vehicle Renewal Registrations, Military Tags and more!

Disability Tags and Placards are available for Veterans with 100% service-connected disability and allow for the same benefits as handicapped tags such as parking allowance. MD Express Tag & Title offices can process these transactions, with an award letter that shows 100% disability.
These transactions and other processes such as Tag Returns, Temp and Permanent Vehicle Registrations and Tags, Address Change, 1-, 2- or 3-years renewals and more, can be processed at our location, 7081 Arundel Mill Circle, Hanover, MD 21076, inside Walmart.
